The shipment of the material will be made, once payment has been made, in a period of 2 to 3 days, as long as the material is available in stock. The transport agency will be the one freely chosen by tillandsiagarden.com at any time and may make the delivery in two or more shipments according to the convenience and availability of tillandsiagarden.com . For material not available in stock, the customer will be notified of the estimated delay.

It is required that the delivery address be that of the client and that they provide us with a landline (not mobile) contact number where they will be informed of the details by telephone.

Promotion

If your order is equal to or greater than €50 and does not exceed 5kg Shipping costs will be free for the peninsula and the Balearic Islands over €100 . However, cash on delivery shipping has a small additional cost on top of the total that the transport company applies for management costs, which varies depending on the volume and weight of the order. Availability / Delivery Times
ecoterrazas.com has a significant stock of material in its warehouse, and also works with the main official wholesalers of the brands offered. However, on many occasions there are stock outs so it is not possible to have all the material offered here for quick delivery.

The availability indicated for the products should be taken as a guideline, and is provided by the corresponding manufacturers and/or wholesalers. In no case can tillandsiagarden.com be accused of any delay, since it is subject to the intervention of third parties.

Returns:
You have 7 days in which, without any need for justification, you can return the purchased products to us as long as they are as you would like to receive your products.

To do this, you must notify us in advance (different consumer organizations recommend doing so by certified letter). Remember that this right is not collected for products ordered specifically for the client, unsealed software and "Off List" products. However, remember that you must pay round-trip shipping, as well as administrative or other expenses generated as a result of your return.

Claims about the material received:
If you receive the package of material with signs of having been manipulated or beaten, indicate this on the carrier's delivery note and check the merchandise in the presence of the carrier. If after reviewing the shipment of your material you observe differences between the material received and the shipping note, let us know immediately, indicating the delivery note number and detailing the differences indicated. Please also indicate a phone number. of contact so that the management is more agile if necessary.

Please remember that we cannot accept claims on shipments beyond 24 hours from your receipt of the shipment.

Regarding shipping costs, when placing the order, you can choose between several carriers depending on the destination, as will appear in the purchase procedure on the website, showing the price that shipping would cost according to the carrier. However, for extremely large packages that exceed in volume and/or weight the basic shipments of the transport companies, changes in the shipping price that ecoterraces deem appropriate according to the restrictions of the transport companies will be applied.
