GENERAL CLAUSES

To make your purchases at ecoterrazas.com or access certain services, you must register and have a password that will allow you to access all those areas that require prior identification. The data provided in the order form is used only to process your order quickly and properly. This information will not be used for commercial purposes nor will it be transferred to third parties.

Unless specifically stipulated in writing, purchases made on ecoterrazas.com are subject to the general purchasing conditions contained on the page at the time the corresponding purchase order is placed. The formalization of an order entails full acceptance thereof. These purchase conditions have been set out in due time, in accordance with current legislation.

According to the Ministerial Law of Electronic Commerce 34/2002, any purchase made and confirmed via the Internet must be accepted after it has been sent. If the order is rejected or returned, we will contact you and you will have to pay the amount plus the return costs. Please think carefully about what you are going to ask for. Consult any questions by email at info@ecoterrazas.com. Remember that once it leaves our warehouse you must accept it. ?

PAYMENT METHODS

Bank transfer: upon completion of the purchase you will receive an email with the necessary bank details to transfer the total amount of the purchase. Subsequently, and once we have received the transfer, we will proceed to prepare and ship the order.

Payment through PayPal: if you have a PayPal account and want to use it to pay for the order, choose this option and you will immediately be redirected to the PayPal page where you will proceed to make the payment. Once we receive the payment information we will send you the order.?

Cash on delivery: if your order is less than €150 you can pay by cash on delivery. In this case you must pay a small extra amount to the carrier which varies depending on the volume and weight of the order. This small amount is the expenses applied by the transport company for managing the cash on delivery. This modality is reserved only for mainland Spain and Portugal.
